ADAMS RITE AEROSPACE WINS NEW CONTRACT WITH HEATH TECNA AS COCKPIT DOOR MODULE AND BULKHEAD SYSTEM SUPPLIER FOR MITSUBISHI REGIONAL JET PROGRAM

Expressing their continued confidence in our company, our leading edge technology and our people, we are proud to announce that Heath Tecna, the Payloads System Supplier for the new Mitsubishi Regional Jet Program (MRJ), has selected the Adams Rite Aerospace (ARA) Cockpit Door Module and Ballistic Bulkhead for use on this new Regional Jet Aircraft. 

We are excited to have been chosen as a partner on this program.  Our company has enjoyed a close working relationship with Heath Tecna for many years in the aircraft retrofit and upgrade market, however this is our first partnership on a significant OEM platform, such as the MRJ. 

ARA supplies many of the Cockpit Door Security Systems on large commercial aircraft today.  For this application, ARA was selected for this requirement based on our state of the art, lightweight designs and ability to meet the challenging technical and schedule requirements that the MRJ program is expecting.
