For over 30 years, Adams Rite Aerospace has been designing and manufacturing fluid components and systems for use in commercial and military aerospace. These include valves, faucets, spigots, drain valves, and complete water systems.
Adams Rite Aerospace has always been a leader in the design and manufacture of modular, self contained potable water systems for use in general aviation aircraft. These systems are used in applications where pressurized, bleed-air systems are not too cumbersome, too heavy and too expensive. Adams Rite Aerospace has recently secured the modular water systems business for both the EMB Legacy and Bombardier Continental Jet programs.
Adams Rite Aerospace innovations include the first "line maintainable" faucet (repairable from above the sink), the first automatic venting valve mechanism (breaks the line vacuum when the supply tank is drained), the first mechanically timed faucet, and the first electronic faucet (both timed and infrared sensing-hands free). New variations on all of the fluid hardware developed in the past are always in process, and completely new designs are continually being developed to keep Adams Rite Aerospace at the forefront of the industry.
In addition to being a leader in developing superior operating hardware, Adams Rite Aerospace is also a leading designer of decorative interior hardware which fulfills ADA requirements for the disabled. Adams Rite Aerospace designs faucets and spigots that complement any interior configuration.
